Source tipping data in spreadsheet for countries and locations -- 2

Description:
The object of this task is to collect information on tipping in various destination, countries and locations. Example Sweden or New York. A List will be provided. Total number of destinations: 197 (See Example file).
For each destinaton choosen freelancer must research data and asses the data and convert it into a set schema (always use selections where available). Resources will be provided, however own research with Google will/may be required.
The freelancer will collect the following:
1) The Local name of destination (From Wikipedia)
2) The probability of tip being expected (In a scale from 1 to 10)
3) The probablity of use of service charge in general (In a scale from 1 to 10)
4) The probablitiy of tip being better with better/great service (In a scale from 1 to 10)
Note how the freelancer must assess data and use judgement to asses probablity for 2-4.
For each destination the freelancer will also collect, for each of these occasions: Hotel, Restaurant/Bar, Taxi, Spa, Tour guide, Hairdresser the following set of data. Note that own judgement and assessing available resources is required.
5) How tipping (Tipping) is usually done (Tip, Round up, No)
6) When tipping (occourance) is performed (Nearly always, Optional, Save your money, Tip specific staff, With good service)
7) If tipping is % of bill or a fixed sum per occasion ($ sum, % of bill)
8) General range (% or $) according (X or X-XX) to step 7
9) Where applicable, the $ range sum (X or X-XX) for specific staff (Bellboy, Maid/cleaner, Bartender, Barista)
