SUPERSTAR Virtual Assistant Wanted!!!!!

We are searching for an Virtual Assistant that is well rounded in a wide variety of areas and can do a little bit of everything. We are noticing too many open tasks/projects in our team task management software that just are not getting done fast enough or concentrated on like they need to be and we are hoping a superstar VA can help us in as many areas of our business as possible. Listed below are several examples of our currents needs at the moment, any candidates that apply for this job posting don't need to be able to do all of these things but the more they have experience with the higher chances we will select them. USA preferred with good english communication and willing to be flexible with their rates as this is a long-term job with room for advancement as the company grows.

--providing phone support when needed at various times throughout the week taking incoming calls/making outgoing calls. (this can be done remotely)

--helping put email campaigns together to send out to our customers with various promo codes, offers, newsletters, etc throughout the month. Ability to create good content (text) for the emails is a huge plus. Posting on our blog would be helpful too.

--recording voicemail broadcasts (30 second promo offers) that we can use to send out to our customers

--following up with our customers by email requesting they provide us an online review about their experience with our company

--email data extraction/bulk email marketing for certain prospective customers who could benefit from using our services.

--helping categorize and organize data in our crm system

--social media posting using buffer or other similar software

--experience with conversion rate optimization software

--helping analyze web traffic and offering ideas/recommendations to help drive in more customers any way that could possibly help

--good team player that is willing to tackle any project or tasks that might help benefit the company in some way and willing to learn new things/do research if necessary

--general admin type tasks such as creating ms excel files, emailing our employees to get paperwork completed, send out company memo's, etc.

--is tech savvy

This job will not be a full-time 40/hr a week position, it will start off slowly until both parties get comfortable working together and hours will increase over time based on candidates performance.
