Upload Properties to Channel Manager

I am looking for a freelancer to help me upload my properties to Rentals United. We have approximately 100 properties in totatl that need to be uploaded onto Rentals United. We will send you the photos via Wetransfer and an excel file that will also have information and then we would need you to also collect some information in regards to the amenities from our website. We have tested it and we figure 3-4 properties can be loaded per hour. We would prefer to pay per property rather than hourly rate. We calculate between 30 - 33 hours of work in total. We would like to upload on average between 15-20 properties per day and finish the work within a maximum of 8-9 days. The ideal candidate should have experience with Rentals United and be proficient in property management software.

Requirements:
- Upload properties provided by me within a week
- Ability to organize and input photos and information accurately
- Familiarity with creating and editing CSV files
