Hi i need a small piece of software in excel.
Its for a jewellers which will provide a customer with an invoice after 10 items of jewellery have been entered into excel (inputs)
Diamond Gold Ring QTY: 2 (Product ID) (Price)
the output must be an invoice for the customer, stating what the customer has purchased, how much the purchase is, with the jewellers company name and address at the top, and dd/mm/yy.
Also when an invoice has been made a stock check must deduct the products, so if someone purchased the diamond gold ring which has two in stock, it must say 1 in stock after the invoice has been produced.
I need the cells to be formatted so in certain cells such as the product id, and price you can only enter numeric figures.
Also the cells need to be checked for erronous data, and if the product code of ring was DD0000 Format i wouldnt be able to enter a number for the first two pieces of product code without excel telling me not too.
I also need step by step instruction on how this software has been built and 16 written advantages on how a jewellery shop would benefit from this software being in place.
