Hello, I'm looking for a VA who can work 4-8h a day for me. I need someone who can connect and answer all messages and forward information to me what is needed. You MUST have idea what is Minecraft, what is happening in it. You MUST know how to use discord. [login to view URL] knowledge will be taken as a big bonus. Work is divided up in all day, every 3h you must connect and check all messages. Each time should not take more then 30min to answer everything. This is a example how your work time would go: 09:00 check all messages on discord and our forum. Forward messages to the necessary department so they are aware of it. Check forum for new posts, answer any if needed. Check discord for other messages. Do customer service via discord chats. Repeat the process every 3h : 12:00, 15:00, 18:00, 21:00 ext. Of Course I don't expect you to do it 24h a day, but I do expect you to check atleast 6 time a day and answer everything. You will report everything in google spreadsheet, so you must have valid google drive acc. You must have good english writing skill and be free for a skype interview before I hire you. I will hire a person for long term work. The right person can become my full time VA for various tasks. Place bid based on your expierence with minecraft, discord, enjin, customer service. Best (lowest) + best knowledge bid will get the gig. If you work good I could increase payment after first month.
