Hello freelancers! I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant (VA) to help me with customer support, community management, business and personal e-mails, as well as documentation and reporting. The applications used to perform these duties include, but are not limited to, Zendesk, Shipstation, Facebook, Instagram, eBay and Gmail. You will be interacting with hundreds of writers, small business owners and creative professionals from around the world, but mostly in the U.S., so excellent writing and grammar skills in English are required. Experience with spreadsheets and the ability to navigate through new software and websites easily will also be needed to perform your duties. You must be available to work at least 3 days per week.
