Data analysis tracking stock changes (sales history) by a competitor

Looking into a software which can track the history of stock values from one of my competitors.
The stock values are declared in the front end of the product page.
Need to be in a visualization (diagram) along with timestamp of when the changes was made, and when the product was created by the crawler.
The crawler needs to support proxies and multi thread.
