I have a large existing dataset of ~70k job ads. I would like to work with a machine learning / ai / big data specialist to build a set of functions to make sense of these job ads.
This could potentially involve:
- Using machine learning to classify sections of the ad based on the content - e.g., description of the company, description of the role, required skills, years experience required, compensation, benefits, etc.
- Understanding the important keywords to group similar jobs together - e.g., currently the keyword "finance" could show up in both a "financial analyst" job ad and a job ad for a "restaurant manager" (managing finances); or the word "server" could show up as both an "IT Server Architect/Developer" or a "Bar Server/Waiter". This could potentially use the other keywords in the ads to better cluster/group similar jobs together.
- I have several many other ideas but these two would be good starting points. Significant ongoing work available to someone who delivers good results.
Can be developed in any language/tool. Suggesting an open timeline and we discuss and progressively test possibilities.
