We are an online retail company who is currently selling to our customers in German.
We need someone with German bank account, to help us in processing the refund to customer (for lost delivery, or damaged item).
The workload is minimal, and this is how it goes:
- We will escrow you the exact amount to be refunded, as well as the bank account information from customer
- You will help us to process this by transferring the refunded amount to our customer
- You will then scan and email us the transaction slip (or send us the softcopy if you perform this online)
- We will then notify and confirm with customer
- Once confirmed, we will then pay you on the service fee on per transaction basis (which you are going to bid now)
This project is on-going basis, for provider with German bank account only.
The refund amount is generally from EUR4 to EUR30, base on the order from the customer to be refunded.
