Migrate from Sage 50 2014 to QuickBooks Online

We are a small company of 5-10 people, recently signed up for QuickBooks.
This what we need for this project.
- Migrate everything including Payroll from Sage50 to QuickBooks Online.
- Make sure all balances match Sage50
- This include everything from Chart of Accounts to all transactions, GL, AR, AP etc, everything that is in Peachtree Sage50 2014 should be transferred over to QuickBooks Online.
Also if possible, we need past 2 years data aswell.
We can provide Sage50 2014 data files and login for quickbooks online
