Report on actual vs targets. Targets entered at employee level, as well as branch level. Need to create dashboard to show daily/weekly/monthly performance.
Branch managers will create targets (by employee) at beginning of month. they will enter actual data on daily basis at end of the day. This data used to create reports to monitor performance within branches
and also comparisons between branches.
Also need to be able to consolidate all branch level data to total company level.
There will be also monthly reports which display other info ie management accounts data, this will be entered by accounts dept at monthend.
