We are looking to set up Hotdocs software to automate the preparation of our documents. Our firm's documents are currently prepared manually by typing repeated fields into Microsoft Word 2007 documents.
We need assistance with:
1. Reviewing precedent documents (in Word 2007) and standardising the format of these documents;
2. Coding Word 2007 documents for Hotdocs;
3. Setting up database for Hotdocs;
4. Create end user interface in Hotdocs (i.e. lawyer and paralegal); and
4. Testing and ongoing support for Hotdocs.
It is essential to have experience with setting up Hotdocs software for document automation.
