Bulk lead lists needed in the Construction industry

I need the email addresses and phone numbers of as many contractors and handymen in the USA as possible. I need people who know how to scape this information of websites using software they already have or can get. For example you can use HTTrack to download an entire website and then scape all the phone numbers out of it using, "Phone Number Extractor Files 2.0. just as one example. There are many ways to do it. I will not accept bids from anyone doing manual scraping of phone and emails it takes way to long. I need bulk scraping daily. I need at least 15K phone numbers a day. I already use C L email and phone scraper so I have that covered. I already have B P scraper covered but I need anything else you can get. If you have ideas let me know. I would like to scrape the contents from any public database of registered General Contractor. One way to process this information is going to each states (USA) government general contractors page and see if the information is available openly. If it is then scrape the entire general contractor section for email phones. I do not want any other niche markets mixed in with the leads. Some sites have many different service providers and if you HTTrack-ed the whole website you would get a bad list because there would only potentially be 10-20% Construction related phone emails. So you get the idea now I hope. I would like to pay a qualified candidate that is confident he can provide me for my needs long term weekly. Thank you for reading, Barry
