I WILL BE ASSIGNED AN ADDRESS LIKE 1234 MAIN STREET SAN FRANCISCO CALIFORNIA. I WILL DO THE RESEARCH WORK THAT WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THAT YOU NEED TO FILL OUT ON THE ONLINE FORM. I WILL GIVE YOU 3 SOLD COMPARABLES AND 3 FOR SALE COMPARBLES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE REFRENCE NUMBERS. YOU WILL GO ON TO THE BANK ONLINE PROPERTY PLATFORM AND LOOK UP THE PROPERTY "1234 MAIN STREET" AND PULL UP THE PAGE TO FILL IN THE INFORMATION. YOU WILL THAN GO TO THE "MULTIPLE LISTING SERVICE" ON ANOTHER WEBSITE AND FIND THE ASSOCIATED 6 REFRENCE NUMBERS FOR THE PROPERTIES. AND THAN FILL IN ALL THE INFORMATION.
ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT, EACH PROPERTY THAT YOU DO SHOULD NOT TAKE YOU MORE THAN 20 MINUTES OF TIME HOWEVER THERE IS A SMALL LEARNING CURVE.
yOU WILL BE DOING A TOTAL OF 10 PROPERTIES.......AGAIN FOR THE DATA ENTRY, ONCE YOU GET THE HANG OF IT AVERAGE TIME IS 15-20 MINUTES PER PROPERTY. i WILL GUIDE YOU THROUGH THE PROCESS TILL YOU TOTALLY UNDERSTAND IT. THERE IS AN OPPORTUNITY HERE FOR MUCH MORE WORK IN THE FUTURE IF YOU DO THESE FIRST 10 WELL. iN FACT WE MAY CONVERT THIS INTO A FULL TIME JOB LATER WITH GAF. put the number in the "mls" search area and it will pull a property. you would than transfer the information to the blank form.
