Need to track and aggregate inbound call activity.
Need to design and build cloud based (google docs or Numbers preferably), collaborative spreadsheet aggregating individual calls by employee. Individual call details reported and aggregated (product discussed, how they learned about us (i.e. google, print ad, tv ad), price quoted, and whether client purchased or not.
Monthly ad spending will also be input (total spent on PPC, print advertising, etc,) and metrics will be calculated monthly (i.e. we spent X on PPC resulting in Y calls averaging Z quoted dollars and A booked sales versus similar for print advertising, etc.) Think of this as a call log by individual user by individual day aggregated at days end and monthly and then analyzed.
Should be very easy and quick to enter (select via placing dots in pre-populated options or via dropdown) so employees actually fill in the report. Reporting tools for admin (me) should be very easy to run providing dashboard overview of call volume by employee, dollars quoted per day, week, month, trends overtime, etc.
