I am looking for an assistant who will help me out with basic tasks i need to do:
Examples - going thought spreadsheets and verifying data, making bookings or shopping online, edit documents in Word, excel etc., replying to customer enquiries via email.
To be suitable for this position, you will have:
- good knowledge of Microsoft Word and excel
- good english speaking and writing skills
- tech savvy (keen with new technology and gadgets)
- contactable via email anytime (you should have push email on your phone)
- own a smart phone
- got good internet connect wherever you chose to work from
- knowledge and interest in Photoshop will be a big bonus
- knowledge with Magento will be a BIG bonus too (but not necessary)
I'm looking for an honest, outgoing, well spoken, individual who can make good judgement calls and work efficiently.
