I have many lists of business contacts in excel files. The files represent a category each. These entries need to be converted to several small .pst files that can be easily loaded into MS Outlook. Mailing labels for each entry needs to be created in MS word for direct mailings. The label should contain name of business, contact name if available, and address (specific instructions will be sent).
Be sure to categorize each entry by their profession or product and keep them together ( i.e. attorney, appraiser, pools etc.); outlook has a place for this. Separation by category is very important to us for when we send out our direct mail pieces, they will be different for each type of product or profession and we want to make sure each profession/product gets the correct direct mail piece. Please confirm that you understand.
Please note that you will just need to convert these files to .pst format, not mine data from any where. So I dont expect high bids. I am attaching a sample of the file here. Please convert it as a sample in pst and send it to me with your bid.
