STI is an independent electronic component distributor that is currently seeking talented professionals to join our team as Account Executives for our OEM's/CEM's & Distributor sales department. We seek highly motivated individuals with excellent people skills who have the ability to service accounts, solicit requirements, provide quotes on product & negotiate final price with their customers. Our client base consists of companies who have manufacturing locations all around the world.

# Existing account base will be assigned to you.
# Analyze current accounts and look for additional opportunities.
# You will be expected to maintain and grow your account base.
# Frequent outbound phone calls, and building a relationship with your account base will be expected.
# You will be expected to learn as much as possible about the semiconductor industry. In & out of the office.
# Several incoming leads will be available. You will be expected to establish new accounts from those leads, as well as prospecting on your own.
# Revive inactive accounts using company historical data.
# Must be service oriented. Tracking shipments, follow up calls, etc…
# Organization is a must. Keep current accurate records of all customer contacts, jobs, and future needs, then follow up on them.
# You will be expected to perform customer service tasks for all accounts if needed, as this will be done for your accounts when you are out of the office as well.
# Commission base on every successful sale
