I need a macro/program that can copy a selection (e.g., C4:C38, in attached file) from a series of identically set-up excel files (e.g., could all be in the same folder) and that pastes them (transposed) in one and the same (new) excel file. As this is something we need to do regularly, I would, ideally, prefer a program/macro which, for input, I could specify a selection (like C4:C38, usually from one column) and take that from selection from a selection of files or files in a folder, and put all of those selections (transposed) in one new file. So, column becomes row (copy -> paste transposed) and each row is taken from a different file from a selection of files/folder. I am not experienced enough with Excel to know if this is something for a macro or a small program. If the basic idea is clear (a specific selection in an excel file, from various files,which should all end up in a new file, copy/paste transposed, with different rows for different source files). Possibility of a program in which a selection (or selections) and source folder can be specified would be ideal.
