I'm in need of a Virtual Assistant to join aboard my team to help with niche research, link building, data entry, and word processing. I recently had to let go of my full-time staff member due to her inability to follow through with her responsibilities as an assistant. As a result, the chosen applicant for this job will undergo a PAID one (1) week PROBATIONARY period that will entail the following:
Monday through Friday I will need you to:
1.) Compile statistics for eight (8) of the most in-demand niches according trends, market research, best selling products, etc.
2.) Compile articles into Word documents and PDF files
3.) Manually build links according to the directions laid forth
4.) Handle article submissions to article directories, employed staff members, etc.
5.) Handle other miscellaneous administrative duties
If after one (1) week you prove to be the candidate that I need, I will keep you on board. However, if your skills, delivery, and ability to follow directions are not up to par, you understand that I reserve the right to let you go. Placing a bid means that you understand these requirements completely.
ALL applicants MUST possess the following:
** Excellent grasp of the English language including proper spelling and punctuation.
** MUST BE AVAILABLE between the hours of 10:00 am - 2:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (GMT-8).
** Must be able to communicate via Skype or Gtalk daily. (Other instant messaging services can be arranged for your convenience.)
** Able to keep sensitive information such as passwords, documents, etc safe/private.
** Possess software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Adobe Reader, etc.
** Able to take initiative with tasks and go the extra mile!
** Ability to download and install any software or files I provide.
** Able to accurately follow directions for specific projects/tasks.
** Able to meet deadlines.
** Knowledge of how to format Word Documents and compile .PDF documents.
** Ability to keep accurate detail of your daily tasks and submit a journal/record at the end of the day.
** Reliable Internet connection!
** Internet marketing skills are a PLUS, and preference will go to these candidate first!
The assignments that I provide daily should not overwhelm you. Instead, you'll receive tasks that are required to be completed at the end of your work day.
As you can see, I made no mention of weekly payment because I do not have a set figure in mind. I will say, however, that I wish to keep my monthly expenses below $400, so any bids higher than this will automatically be ignored. Instead, please apply with your HOURLY rate in your private message and your WEEKLY RATE in your bid. This is a 20 hour a week position, Monday through Friday, four (4) hours per day. Please include your rate per week for the requirements listed above.
All payments are made weekly on Tuesdays. (More payment details are located in the questionnaire.)
