I need to write a program in R. The following description can be hard to read but I will able to explain it more clearly.
As far as you know how to write programs in R with conditions (if this do this, if that do that) we can proceed.
The program will generate 1000 batches each of 10 Weibull random variables.
5% of this batches will be from WEibull with parameter = p1, 95% with parameter p2. After that you need to program 2
sampling schemes: skip-lot sampling and systematic sampling to see which one will catch more p1-paramter batches.
First sampling scheme is to systematic sampling for batches and variables, Second one is again systematic with frequency f1 is there are no p1-batches and with f2 if there are bad batches.
I will also ask to expalin some steps in your R code (as comments).
***In my view this will require about 5 hours of work if you know R and I am ready to pay up to 100 US dollars. I am very open to elaborate on project and I have very clear understanding in statistical terms how to do that, I just lack R skills.
