I want to determine the wait times at my business.
We have cameras in the store with remote access available on pc, laptop, phone etc, I will give access to the successful person. The person will have to scroll through footage on our cloud and time our long it takes for a customer to order the product and the time they receive it ( between 1 to 15 minutes). They will have to follow a customer ( eg tall guy, red shirt) from tills to where they get the product and determine the wait time. ( can be scrolled forward ).
They will then have to do it every half hour and collate the data into a very simple excel graph.
I will require the footage to be viewed only on Saturday and Sunday ..Saturday 10am-5pm ( 14 half hours) and Sunday 11am-5pm ( 12 half hours)
I require the person to give me the report on the following Monday. There will be ongoing work and this will be required every week.
I estimate it will take maximum 1 hours work each day.
This will be required every Monday, this is be on going work for ever.
