Add up to 1m products to magento 2 and shopify websites + product research

We have websites currently active that are not generating any revenue.
We work with more than 10 vendors who send us stock feed files to import into our websites.
Now, we are looking for people who can manually add the products by searching the product data which will be supplied either SKU/Part Number or EAN.
All product data added needs to be in compliance with google shopping so we need the data to have images, titles, description etc etc
This is an ongoing project and we are looking for someone who has the experience.
