I need some quick data analysis and presentation done. It could be a small web-based application, a spreadsheet system, or even an executable (Windows 2000 & XP compatible). The data is standard shop log data, including GET, SEARCH, ADDBI, ORDER, cs-referer, cs-uri-stem, etc entries. I need to be able to format this data into easily readable form for a client. The ‘application’ needs to be able to produce CHARTS and GRAPHS and human readable stats tables, and be flexible enough to be queried for things like ‘most ordered product on a given day or date range’, ‘most viewed product not ordered’ etc. I have done a basic filtered Excel spreadsheet from the raw data myself, but it’s not really good enough to present. The system needs to be able to have new log data added on a regular basis and produce clear results. This can be 'down and dirty' and doesn’t need pretty interfaces etc, but it does need to be properly functional, flexible and easy to use, and produce clear, graphical results. There may be ongoing work in this field if successful product and relationship can be established.
