We are moving a hotel booking process from UAE to India. The team will have to monitor a common inbox for operations team-members and update a specially-created software with
- Date of booking
- City from which people are coming
- Hotel in which booking is to be done
There are 3-4 additional such processes (data to be taken from email, to be checked if already existing in software or if not, added anew and then tracked till close)
I am looking for an experienced person to guide my team in creating a back-office operations training manual. And create certification for the various processes.
