unscramble data file with LFSR

I have many sets of large data files that are scrambled via two sets of linear feedback shift registers. I am looking for a Unix/Mac friendly process to take a large data file (~80 GB each) as an input, process the data through two linear feedback shift registers (x^9+x^4+1 and then x+1, and output the raw data. I don't need a GUI or any options, just a utility to take one input and give one output after LFSR processing, though an efficient speed would be appreciated.
