Develop Yelp Data Field Scraper

I need you to make a software which can scrape Business Names,Phone Numbers, Addresses, Business Type, emails and other information from Yelp for keywords and location. I would be willing to also pay more for other directories. Do it in what ever language can get it fast enough. It should be cross platform compatible with special emphasis on Linux. I also need the source code. Budget 15€ but I am willing to pay more for including other directories. Need to be able to export CSV and i would prefer a GUI if it does not slow it down too much.
