Volleyball Heat Map for Blocking and Defense

I've played volleyball competitively for 30 years and also worked in IT for about the same. I want to create a dynamic "Heat map" or whatever, where you can "grab" an avatar which represents a volleyball player and move that avatar to various places on the court and new heat maps will appear which shows the likelihood of where that player will hit the ball with respect to the net and/or floor area. For example, I want to see where Player 1 (call him Joe Smith) will hit the ball by moving his avatar to various places on the court--and a dynamic heat map will change depending on his location and show where that person is most likely to hit (so a heat map with color red would show on the net as the most likely (based on historical data) place followed by orange and then yellow (least likely based on historical data). The software application needs to draw upon data that I create from looking at video tape. I would add "clicks" to each area and the resulting data would be used to create the "heat map" or whatever. I would create data points by clicking on first where the player is located in the court (we can divide the court up in multiple zones), and then second clicking the point where the ball crosses the net. I would create this data "pair" and that info would then be used to produce the most likely spot, second most likely, etc.. based on the data I inputted. This helps the volleyball blockers to get a visualization of players tendencies and improve their play for that respective opponent. So this would be two options, as a blocker and as a defensive player. The defensive player would see a visualization of the most likely place the ball will be hit based on data that I input. For example, Player B tends to hit the deep right corner when she is set on the right side near the antenna (data pair). This would require two modes, the first mode will allow me to create data points (data pairs) as I watch tape of the volleyball match, for each of the respective players on the other team. The second mode would utilize the data points I created in the first mode to create a dynamic data visualiztion on the most likely areas where the ball would pass over the net and also where the ball is most likely to hit the floor. This then benefits both the blocker (blocker mode) or defensive player (defense mode), as they get a visualiztion of players tendencies which is represented by colors or the like.
