• Excel spreadsheet / database required.
• Easy friendly menu / splash screen.
• Worksheet for every site.
• Approx. 60 sites
• Must be easy to add a new site.
• Each site has a classification from Platinum, Gold, Silver & Bronze
• Within each site there needs to be numerous check boxes with options of Yes, No and N/A
• Some questions will require a text box to input data.
• Photographs of sites need to be added too.
• Reports should be able to be run to identify certain queries.
If possible this solution should use Excel, but if Access must be used I’m happy with that.
I will require evidence of previous databases before I can accept your work.
