Wordpress and xtream codes integration

I'm wanting to integrate Wordpress wih xtream codes in order for wordpress to connect to MySQL database of xtream codes panel , This Mysql connection must make wordpress able to:
• Add/edit/remove accounts in xtream codes panel whenever the accounts added/edited/removed on wordpress
• Create streaming line: Creates new streaming line in wordpress unique for each user when product is ordered and paid
• Disable streaming line: Disables streaming line when invoice for product goes overdue (unpaid)
• Enable streaming line: Enables streaming line when overdue invoice is paid again
