We are a not-for-profit Community Interest Company in Leeds, working with and for individuals from the ages of 8 years onward.
We are looking to add a database into our business to help manage and track our student’s needs. We have several forms for parents to fill in when registering a student and would like to be able to store the information into a secure database. Some examples of the forms we use are Enquiry, medical, photo consent and Disclaimer forms. We would like to be able to connect the database to our website where parents fill out the forms and have the information sent directly into the database. Cutting down on time needed to fill it in manually.
We already have a Zoho Creator account and are looking to use this platform; however, we are open to suggestions regarding using other tools to help build the database.
Classter is a platform we have tried but there is a lot of unnecessary feature that we simply do not need. Out aim is to have a system that is smaller in scale to Classter but without the extra features that we do not need.
