Hi I'm an IT Project manager in a local bank with over than 20 years of experience in banking software development. I'm an expert in .NET (c#, vb, c++), vba and sql server technologies. For this project I can build for you a VB or C# winform app for the UI. usually work with sql server stores procedures and access them via ado.net. in this case, if its not needed a multilayer data access architecture, i can build a simple 2 layer app in a fast implementation.
