Simple Windows program to sort Excel / CSV Data

Hi, I can develop macro in Excel which will automate the entire process. I will send you a file with macro and button to trigger it. Once button pressed, it will ask you to select input Excel file. The macro will process and save CSV file as output. Thanks

Hi I can do this by using C# or VB winforms or console program as you like. it will take csv file as input and after parse sort it as you want and then save it as new sorted csv file. Thanks
