Zdravo! Prije nekog vremena sam na 5-6 mašina sa Win 10 instalirao Delphi 7 bez nekih većih problema. Iako Delphi 7 i projekti rađeni u njemu uglavnom mogu da rade pod Win 10, savjetujem da stare projekte migrirate na neku od novijih verzija Delphi-ja. Pozdrav!
