Hi, one commit that travels from repo to test, staging then production on its own, rolling back cleanly when it fails. Rollback is where most of these pipelines quietly break. How I would do it: your EC2 and RDS imported into Terraform state first so nothing gets recreated under you, then a GitHub Actions pipeline that builds once, scans, promotes the same artefact per environment with a manual gate on prod.
