HEF4060BP - 14 stage ripple carry binary counter/divider.

HEF4518BP - Dual BCD counter. (Two of these)

MC14543BCP - BCD to 7-segment decoder.

CD4508BE - Dual 4-bit latch.

ATF16V8CZ-15PU - PLD

The other main point is, we are only allowed to use one BCD to seven segment latch decoder chip.
