Looking for a long-term team member for our Digital Marketing business. We use a mix of Facebook ads and Google ads to get new clients as well as Social Media
Role: The successful applicant will be managing our Facebook ad campaigns, which means daily monitoring of budget, split testing, split testing, and more split testing. This means contributing ideas to what new creatives might look like (based on what competitors are doing for example), and also what audiences to target, bidding strategies, etc. You will work closely with myself and also our head of Marketing.
If you have online marketing experience with sales funnels and other aspects of the pipeline then that is very desirable as we have many levels of our marketing funnels that can be better optimized with someone dedicated to split testing and analyzing results.
-Monitoring FB ad account each day to determine which campaigns are working and how we can increase conversions and/or decrease costs. We have been successfully running both a direct to low ticket ad funnel and also an FB messenger ad funnel, both of which lead to our high ticket sales.
-Contributing to marketing ideas and creating new creatives to test. Whether just the idea or if you have design skills using Canva and can bring a lot of ideas to life yourself then that is a bonus.
- Split testing other aspects of our sales funnel such as email optin forms, headlines, countdown timers, etc.
- Helping with creatives for Google ads, and possible account management if you have experience and knowledge.
-Keeping a detailed log of performance.
-Providing insightful feedback to continually improve the process and implement new ideas effectively and efficiently as per the direction of leadership.
- Collecting data and filling out data sheets each day
-Over 1-2 years experience in running and managing Facebook ad accounts. I am going to quiz you heavily on this via different scenarios so please don't apply if you aren't an experienced media buyer. Essentially I will explain the strategy to you, and you should know how to implement in terms of navigating around the dashboard and understanding all the marketing terminology.
-Experience managing Google ads is a bonus but not mandatory
-Understanding of conversion metrics and what influences conversion metrics on FB campaigns, landing forms and sales pages. This is basically the job, to understand these metrics and then make constant changes to improve them and outperform previous metrics each month.
-Your Facebook account can not be linked or previously linked with any restricted or disabled businesses on FB.
-Strong experience using Wordpress is a bonus.
-Must be able to rapidly pick up and implement a specific communication style
-Must have excellent English

-Must have fast reliable internet.
-Must be good with spreadsheets like google docs or excel.
