Reporting directly to the Founder and CEO your primary responsibility is to generate revenue by increasing brand awareness, oversee customer acquisition and contribute to brand equity growth.

Developing a holistic digital marketing and lead conversion strategy that drives key digital activities across all media channels and activating online brand strategies.
Ensuring a highly effective planning and execution of the conversion-driven digital marketing activities across the consumer journey to drive the online performance and achieve business targets.
Lead and oversee the deployment and execution of the strategy. You will be working with 1 team member who will help you execute your plan and you will be able to hire freelancers if needed.
Defining and monitoring KPIs to evaluate and improve ROI of campaigns
Your contribution will include but not limited to the following responsibilities:
Drive acquisition channel performance through paid media channels, including Search, Paid Social, Display, and Affiliates to meet new customer and sales revenue targets within established CPA and ROI constraints and perform weekly and monthly analysis across channels
Create paid media, and lead the social media, YouTube and Influencer strategies.
Develop and implement online (SEO, SEM, Inbound, Content, Lead Nurturing, Link building and Digital P.R, Brand Reputation...) marketing and communication strategy maintaining maximum ROI for each instance.
Optimise the performance of channels and platforms including search engines, social media, email and analytics through KPI development and assessment
Clearly articulate brand objectives and strategies; identify key product drivers and develop “go-to-market” strategies
Generate consumer insights, stay on top of industry trends and implement new innovative tools through research and competitive analysis and establish best practices
Consolidate sales and marketing data, analyze the performance of sales and promotional activities; provide recommendation and actions plan to generate growth
Overseeing the existing team to achieve desired outcomes.
5-10 years of experience working in marketing roles in preferably international organization or an agency with global clients.
In-depth experience with key acquisition channels - ability to zoom from high level strategy with a nuanced approach to synergies across channels - down to tactical, channel specific optimization details
Able to demonstrate end to end campaign management to achieve business goals.

Show a rigorous, data-driven, and highly analytical mindset. Strong analytical background with ability to evaluate programs and monitor results.
