Loadbalancer to send traffic to Pagekite server

I need someone experienced with proxies.
Loadbalancer (public IP) -> public IP (proxy server) -> NAT -> pagekite client - > backend server
Setting a domain, i.e [login to view URL] to = public IP (proxy server) will load to the backend server.
Setting the domain to the loadbalancer IP, that should go to the public IP (proxy server) doesn't work, so it is not forwarded to backend server.
I believe reverse proxies are needed (or something like) to make Pagekite think the loadbalancer is the proxy server and online.
