I need to record some fields as SN, PN,SKU, comments, symptoms, date of check in and check out. and others and record in a db, capable to search by SN and show results, if the SN makes a check in by second time system will show an alert showing the first check in information if needed. Once we capture one item we must be able to asigne a name identifier to this step process ( check in and then release to the next step process). More items discussed after.
