But actually there is no clear requirement about my exact tasks in this project; So I always suggest to go in below mode: - A discussion will be scheduled at each early of the day. The discussion will be on task and after discussion, the task assignment be done; You assign me the task for the day. - I will agree with you on a set of task that I am going to deliver this by today. - To work with screen sharing will help you to monitor me; Whether, I am working properly or just wasting time here or not :) Also can view the work progress in real time. - The task submission part will be at the EOD. Next you will check whether it is correct or not. I think in above way, we can go step by step and gain trust on each other to work long term. Please share your thought on it. If you need any changes on the procedure, let me know. Now I am curious to check your existing website. Although I am not sure about your existing front end framework- but if you want to shift with any modern and latest front end framework, here are few suggestions from my side: I can use AngularJS framework. The pages will be more dynamic, responsive and fast. Another option is Bootstrap - It is contained with responsive grid system, extensive Pre built components and jquery plugins.
