We are considering having someone answering our calls and returning calls. We are contacting you to find out more information. How do you handle a US number and long distance charges? We have an 800 number but our service will not forward to an international number. How do you deal with the time difference from the US? Most of our calls are in the evening and mornings. Also, we need someone who can have a conversation and ask questions and screen, because about 80% of our calls are not clients. It is a longer script that takes some time. Please let us know any details and thoughts. We are looking for possibly part time only and short term. Also, how do you deal with work hours? We might only get 6? calls a day - not a lot of call volume. Sometimes more of course, sometimes no calls at all. Thank you.
