Project Description

Hi Ecommerce experts,

Check out process and order list small changes:
I want to use VM for internal procurement in my charity organization on a local host.
Task A. Any placement of an order, meaning buying something from the VM store, should be (A.1) not paid for, but instead a code should be entered to push the order through. The code is basically a budget code that tells me, as “seller and service provider” where to charge the money to in our organization’s common budget for various projects. It may be partially possible by using the discount or coupon system, I guess. Meaning the pre-defined code could be used to “pay” and the wording on the template should be changed from “please enter a discount code” to “please enter your project code”. It is important to for this code (A.1.1) to appear in the orders list, next to the amount paid.
Task B. When checking out, the VM store will be (B.1) looking at the amount of payment and send an e-mail to several addresses and ask them to sign in, view the generated invoice, and approve the order. The reason it should look at the amount of payment is that, different people approve different level of money spending, (eg. for less then 100 USD one person approval is needed, for more than 100 USD but less then 300 USD more people approval is needed).
Task C. When checking out, the VM store should also look at the code that was used to sign out as described in Tast A and depending on predefined criteria (C.1) send an e-mail to several addresses and ask them to sign in, view the generated invoice, and approve the order. The reason it should look at the code used is that, the code defines a project, and the person responsible for the project, previously defined, should be the one approving the order.
Template
Task D. To select any low budget VM template that looks good with having some products with images and some without images, just like windows folders “list view” or some other way, but listed nicely. The template also should (D.1) have a good presentation of selectable product options, like sizes of a product, addons to products on product details page, as well as the catalog, which is not happening with the default VM template or I may be not knowing how to do that. (D.1.1) The add-ons to a product or products options like sizes, colors should be selectable and respectively change the total price when selected by shopper.

Bid only if you have good experience with Virtuemart.

Happy bidding,
Weber
