We're a online retail business and is now looking for a positive talented customer service representative.
She/he will be responsible with the following tasks:
1. Proceed with the online Zendesk ticket system and handle customers' enquiries, also with other sale channel’s customers enquiries (like ebay\Amazon). this involves presale/aftersale services, order/model enquiries. The Zendesk new ticket needs to be attended at least 3 times/day(7 days/week) because we don’t want to put customers to wait for too long.
2. Upload the daily order details on each business by end of the day.(only on businesses days)
Averagely working hour will be 3.5 hours per day.
The initial trial period will be 1 month, and then we will look for long term workers in this role.
Must-have skill: FLUENT English in both writing & reading with patience, because you will need to communicate with Australian local customers.
Skillful knowledge in using Zendesk ticket system for customer enquiries.
Active Can-do with willing to learn everything attitude, try to solve customer problems with manners and basic service skills.(Important!)
Skillful knowledge in using Microsoft Excel file.
At least attending the ticket enquiry system 3 times/day. (Must have!)
Response instructions timely when necessary (Important)
