I am looking for two Virtual Assistants to help manage two pen names and possibly other businesses in the future. This is a part-time position.
Required skills are as follows:
-Proof reading books for spelling and grammar
-Formatting hardback books and covers for Ingram Spark
-Formatting paperback books for Amazon Createspace
-Formatting ebooks for Amazon Kindle Publishing
-Managing social media (including responding to messages on my Facebook page and in my Facebook group)
-Proofing audiobooks, which will include listening to an unpublished audiobook while following along with a Word document and documenting any discrepancies.
-Familiarity with photo editing (I prefer Photoshop, but anything is fine as long as you're proficient in it) software to create teaser graphics
Those will be your core responsibilities.
Amount of work will vary from week to week, but you can expect to work, on average, between 3 to 25 hours per week. Social media and email accounts will need to be checked 5 days per week. I don't care which days.
