Zen Cart Expert need for Consultation

I have a client who has requested some heavy modification to his zen cart install. I need to consult with zen cart expert to work out the requirements to accomplish the mods requested. Mods involve the following ideas: 1. Real-time inventory to match offline sales. - customer takes phone and mail orders as well as the website. These all share the same inventory, but he uses a manual spreadsheet process and inventory is not in sync. We need to find a way to synchronize inventory so whether a phone sale, mail-order or website order is processes, the inventory is centralized and automated in real time. 2. Ship To Address: The customer works with specific ship-to locations such as military bases, institutions, where the customer is shipping to a family member at a specific location. He wants the ship to page in the checkout process to have the customer look-up the facility name, and then the ship-to address is automatically populated and not editable. The customer may also choose to ship to a home address where they fill in their ship to address. Ideally, this will work like google search, in that, when the customer starts typing the name of the facility, available names start to populate the search field and user can select the right name. If not present, the user can try and search (maybe the have the wrong spelling or name) by city, state, address, etc to get the right name. 3. Customer uses fedex for shipping. He wants the actual expected delivery date to appear next to shipping options BEFORE shipping option is selected. 4. Backorder/ out of stock - Customer wants a way to add backorder inventory with an expected delivery date (customer delivery) and quantity. There will be three conditions: a) in-stock, normal process b) out-of-stock (zero), not available c) back-ordered, (zero stock), estimated delivery date: x/x/xxx The admin can add qty available for back order and the estimated delivery date. Or, if he leaves it at zero, no back-order, it is not available for purchase. If, then, the back-order qty gets ordered down to zero, it goes out-of-stock until admin adds more back-order inventory, or actual inventory. That is a summary of the modifications. I need a Zen Cart expert to consult with me and help write up the technical requirements. !IMPORTANT! -- This is a consulting job only to formalize the ideas, not the actual work. However, it is possible that if we go forward with the plan, the consultant will get the project to do the actual modifications. Not guaranteed. A good expert should be able to put this together in a few hours and get the written requirements to me in a matter of a day or so. Requirements must be presented in professional manner for normal web developers to use as the "blue-print". Payment release upon approval and satisfaction with the consultation job.
