We are a small startup looking to expand our support team by hiring motivated customer service representatives who will act as project managers for our clients. We are currently looking for candidates located in the Manila area.
We are a company with offices in China, Philippines and America. We help our clients get products manufactured in China and shipped to their destination. The majority of our clients are Amazon/eBay sellers, all of whom are running their own online store. They work with us where we act as the team that identifies factories in China, and manages the entire production and logistical chain.
The position we are looking to fill is the go-between for our Chinese sourcing agents and our clients.
We understand this position requires a steep learning curve, and training is intensive. Because of this, we are currently only looking for candidates who have experience with sourcing, manufacturing, or logistics.

- Generate progress reports based on manufacturing timelines
On the Job Education:
The first month of employment will consist of through training and educating, followed by up to six months of much less intensive training.
By the end of the approximate month long (paid) training, you will have the ability to communicate with our purchasing team in China, identify qualified factories verses unqualified factories, and see through an entire manufacturing and logistic process of virtually any item you'd be able to find in a retail store or on Lazada.
$400 - $650 per month, based on experience.

Our team relies on each other to perform their own unique duties in an effort to maintain constant motion of all the moving pieces.
This is not a boring job where you'll be answering phones and replying to emails all day. Rather, you'll be constantly engaged in problem solving and critical thinking. Every order is different, and while the overall process stays the same, every situation will differ.
This is not a position for someone looking for a simple, work from home, data entry job. We are willing to invest our time and resources in training and cultivating you to poses the skills and techniques we pride ourselves on being able to offer our clients.
