Magnifying glass Plugin for FileMaker Pro 11, Runtime

I need a "Live Magnifying Glass with Handle" to "Drag ad Stay" over Digital Photos in FileMaker Runtime and the Magnifying Stay on the Digital Photo with In-Large a part of any photo under Glass, Save, and print same.
