Keynote Presentation Filming in Vancouver

@BigleafMedia

Hi there, I’d be happy to put together a proposal within your $1,500 budget, I have included a sample of what this would typically look like in this bid. Before I finalize the scope and quote, I just wanted to confirm a few details so I can make sure the production and final deliverables align with what you’re looking for: How long will the keynote presentation be? How many speakers will be presenting? How many hours of coverage will you need on the event day, including setup? Are you looking for a full recording of the keynote, or more of an edited highlight/re-cap video? Will the venue provide a professional audio feed from the presentation, or would you like me to handle the audio recording? Will you be providing any logos, brand guidelines, speaker names/titles, or other graphics you'd like incorporated? Do you have a specific deadline for the final video? Are there any venue-specific filming restrictions or requirements I should be aware of? I look forward to hearing from you, and potentially discussing this further. Thanks

Hi, thank you for the opportunity. I’m based in Vancouver and work with an experienced professional videographer who has his own equipment and portfolio. We can provide professional corporate-style coverage of the keynote, including the speakers, audience reactions, and full post-production with editing, graphics, and transitions. My preliminary quote is CA$1,125. Relevant work samples are available. Could you please confirm the expected filming hours on October 3 and the approximate length of the final edited video? I can then confirm the final scope and quote.
