build an always displaying necklace ( Hardware)

So i'm looking to build a neckales with a round screen at the bottom of a chain. And this round screen should always be on, and display a video or a picture, that fits perfectly in the round screen ( without sound). That's it. Very simple and basic.

I already have a seperate team that will take care of all the software, so now I need someone to do the hardware and put together the software and hardware to make the actual product. Find the right parts and make the necklace itself. Include the software, etc.
